From Stuck to Striding Into the Weights Room

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"I'd been stuck in a bit of a rut with my strength training for a while, not seeing any progress and quietly worrying that as I get older, my strength is going to become a real problem. I want to keep doing the things I love (pulling my caravan onto the car and paddle boarding, since you ask) and I wasn't confident I was heading in the right direction.

What changed? Pretty much everything about how I feel in a gym setting. I walked into the weights room on my own and just got on with it. That's new. I feel like I have the right to be there now, and that's a big deal.

The small group format was perfect for me. One to one feels a bit intense, but this was friendly and relaxed. And the app was the easiest I've ever used, which meant I actually used it.

What surprised me most was the social side. I didn't expect to feel so comfortable meeting and talking to new people in this kind of setting.

I'm currently trying to persuade my sister to join. That's probably all you need to know."
