So what actually is the Midlife Manifesto?

It's a free, calm, 90-minute online session held on Zoom, and it's unlike any fitness or wellness thing you've done before.

There's no workout. No pressure. No awkward icebreakers (well, maybe one small one, but I promise it's painless).

Instead, it's 90 minutes of genuine space. For you. To slow down, breathe, and think about what you actually want from your health and your life over the next few years.

You'll receive a beautifully designed workbook to complete during the session. It's yours to keep, full of thoughtful questions and prompts to help you get clear on your values, your goals, and the version of yourself you're working towards.

Together we'll:

Start with a short, calming guided visualisation to help you arrive properly and leave the noise of the day behind

Work through your workbook together, gently, at your own pace, with space to reflect

Share as a group in a warm, supportive way- no pressure to speak if you'd rather just listen

Close with your one commitment, one thing you're going to do differently, starting now

You'll leave feeling clearer, calmer, and quietly excited about what's possible. It's that kind of session.

Hi, I'm Rosie

I'm a personal trainer, strength coach and menopause specialist, and I work with women over 40 from my cosy studio in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, and online.

I created the Midlife Manifesto because I kept having the same conversation with women. Brilliant, capable, caring women who had spent so long looking after everyone else that they'd completely lost sight of what they wanted for themselves.

And I get it. Life is busy. Menopause is a lot. And it can feel almost impossible to carve out the time and space to just… think. About you. About what you want. About what comes next.

This session is my gift to you. A chance to stop, breathe, and decide that this, right now, is your moment.

I'll be there with you every step of the way. And so will a group of women who completely understand. I can't wait to meet you.


Frequently Asked Questions

  • Nope, entirely up to you. Some people like to be visible, others prefer to stay off camera. Both are completely fine. There's no pressure either way.

  • Not if you don't want to. You're welcome to just listen and work through your workbook quietly. We do have group sharing moments but they're always optional never forced.


  • Absolutely, this session has been created with you specifically in mind. You'll be in a room (well, a Zoom!) full of women who are navigating exactly the same thing.


  • The zoom will be sent as soon as you register and the workbook will arrive before the session. If you don't receive the link within 24 hours, check your junk folder and drop me an email at rosie@blossomwithrosie.co.uk.


  • Yes! Session 2 is on Sunday 20 April. Just register for that date instead. Both sessions cover the same content so you won't miss out.

  • It really is. No catch, I might tell you a little about what else I offer, but only because I think it could help you, not because I'll be doing a hard sell). Just 90 minutes that are genuinely, completely yours.
