Lift, Create & Thrive Day | Saturday 25 April, 2026

One day. Lifting, creating, nourishing and leaving feeling like the best version of yourself.

Lift, create & Thrive day is a full day wellness experience combining strength training, nutrition, creativity, community and really good for you food. Spaces are limited to just 10 women to keep it warm, intimate and properly brilliant.

If you nodded at any of that, this lovely day was made for you!

Does any of this sound familiar?

You keep saying you’ll prioritise your health…and then life gets in the way. Again

You feel like you’ve lost your spark somewhere. The energy, the confidence, the sense of feeling good in your own skin,

You’re curious about strength training but a bit nervouse about where to start.

You want to do something that actually feel good, not punishing, not extrem, not another thing that makes you feel like you’re failing.

You’d love to spend time with others, who just…get it.

Here's what Lift, Create & Thrive Day actually is.

It's a full Saturday (from 9:30am to 5pm) at a beautiful, calm studio in Ilkeston. It's been designed to give you everything your body, mind and soul have been quietly asking for.

Before I became a strength and menopause coach, I was an art teacher. This day brings both worlds together because I genuinely believe that getting stronger and being creative aren't separate things. They're both about showing up for yourself.

There are no extreme workouts. No diet talk. No judgement. Just a brilliant day with a small group of women (10 max that's it, no more) doing things that actually feel good.

Here’s how the day looks:

  • Arrive, get settled, meet the other women, and find out what the day holds. Tea and coffee on arrival because…obviously we need that

  • Our brains can be our biggest cheerleader or our worst critic. In this session we'll look at some simple, practical tools to nudge yours firmly into the cheerleader camp.

  • A fun, energising movement session to warm up the body and get you feeling good. Nothing scary, nothing extreme, just joyful movement.

  • A chance to catch your breath, refuel, and get to know the others in the room. This bit is always one of the best bits.

  • A practical, no-nonsense talk about eating in a way that actually supports your energy, your hormones and your strength. No calorie counting or diet culture. Just real, useful information.

  • A proper, delicious, nourishing lunch together. Because food should be something you enjoy, not something you stress about

  • This is where my art teacher brain comes in. We'll create personal vision collages a creative, reflective exercise to help you get clear on what you want and who you're becoming. Harnessing neuroscience, it's actually brilliant.

  • The main event! A coached strength session using weights and resistance bands, suitable for all levels. Whether you've never touched a weight in your life or you've been lifting for years, this session meets you exactly where you are.

  • Because every strong woman deserves a medal. We'll make our own rosettes to take home, a little reminder of the day and everything you're capable of.

  • We close the day together with warm takeaways, resources to keep you going, herbal tea, snacks, and (if I know this group) a lot of lovely conversation that nobody wants to end.

Think of it as the day itself PLUS a month of support to help everything stick. Because one brilliant day is great but what happens after is where the real magic happens.

But wait, it doesn't end when you go home!

Everyone who comes to Lift, Create & Thrive Day also gets a full month's access to the Blossom with Rosie app, including:

  • A tailored at-home dumbbell programme so you can keep the momentum going in your own time

  • Access to our private group where you can ask questions, share wins, and feel supported

  • Daily check-ins from me, I'll pop into the group every day to answer questions, cheer you on, and keep you on track

Hi, I'm Rosie.

I'm a personal trainer, strength coach and menopause specialist, and I work with women over 40 from my studio in Ilkeston and online too.

I created Lift, Create & Thrive Wellness Day because I wanted to bring together everything I know makes a real difference for women at this stage of life. Not just the physical stuff; the lifting, the nutrition, the mindset, the creativity, the community. The permission to take up space and invest in yourself.

Before I became a coach, I was an art teacher. And I've never fully left that behind because I believe that creativity and strength go hand in hand. Both are about showing up, being present, and making something from what you have.

I can't wait to spend this day with you.
