"Before I started I had lost confidence, felt really body conscious, and knew I wanted to do something but wasn't sure where to start. Honestly? Probably all of the above when it comes to feeling stuck.
What's changed? Everything, really. I feel so much more positive about myself. I like my body again. Confidence I didn't know I still had has come back, and I'm genuinely prioritising self care now instead of putting it off.
What surprised me most was how quickly my whole attitude shifted. I didn't expect to feel this engaged and motivated so soon.
The small group sessions were brilliant for technique, and seeing other people improve alongside you is its own kind of motivation. The app helped keep everything ticking along between sessions too.
